Wow I’m getting so lazy with these posts!
I’m thankful for: community.
I loved everything about today: worshiping God and dancing with everyone at church, eating spaghetti during fellowship time after service, going on a spontaneous ice cream run with Letty & Annie, watching Bridesmaids at Annie’s apt, and cooking dinner together. It is so important to make and keep relationships with others because it is so easy to be isolated. Like how the arms need the legs to function as one body, so do we in needing brothers and sisters to function as the body of Christ. John loves the show HIMYM and he really hopes that we could have close friends in the future whom we can lean on and struggle with and laugh with. I really hope that too. I actually really hope that we can be like the friends in FRIENDS where we’re always together and barging into each other’s homes because we all have each other’s keys and we drink each other’s juice in the fridge and just simply share LIFE together. I’m grateful for the friendships I have now, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they all will grow in the future!
